The assessment phase provides an opportunity for us to customize the sessions for what you need most.

• Session 2: Vision – Purpose, Values, Goal Setting, and Skills Inventory
• Session 3: Culture – Supporters, Mentors, Collaborators, Advisors, and Engagement
• Session 4: Process – Defining Work, Delivery Options, Resume Updates, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats Analysis (SWOT)
• Session 5: Results – Measuring Outcomes, Milestones, Timelines, and Tasks
• Session 6: Pathway Design Review, Recommendations, and Recap

What do you need to do?

• Commit to six one-hour planning sessions.
• Prepare in advance for each session completing whatever is agreed upon.
• Communicate when you are stuck.
