The School of Social Work at Boise State is committed to preparing students for rewarding careers supporting some of the most vulnerable populations in the community. Their graduates are fully prepared to begin successful careers dedicated to helping others, fighting for social justice, and working to make the world a better place.
Shift Strategies assisted the faculty and staff develop a five strategic plan. The planning process began with a climate survey to evaluate school needs and strategic direction. A series of facilitated sessions with faculty, staff and stakeholders resulted in plan development. The plan included a graphic summary of key goals and dashboard for measuring progress.
